Cowgirl Gold

Pale golden in colour with extraordinary flavour and smoothness. Whether you're ridin', ropin', dancin', or romancin', you'll be yelling "Yippee Ky A" after a couple of these thrilling and sensational beers. This beer now uses Sussex Bramling Cross hops for a much more subtle flavour. We have just had this label specially  drawn for us  by the very talented Lynn Paula Russell.

Englishman's Nut Brown Ale

Bronze in colour, with a mild flavour, this beer starts with a nutty sweetness and finishes with a soft dryness on the palate. A balanced harmony of caramel malt and hops creates a notably clean taste with a malt accented flavour. 

Gardeners Delight

Our newest beer based on a German dunkel bock bust using both Sussex and German hops this really is a delight to drink.  We have just had this label specially  drawn for us  by the very talented Lynn Paula Russell. 

Lemon Weissbier

A super refreshing beer, loosely in the style of a Bavarian wheat beer. Try a bottle ice cold, mit hefe (with yeast) by rolling the bottle gently on it's side to disturb the yeast just before pouring. Serve with a wedge of lemon on the glass rim and a hearty "Prosit!".

College Cluster

A wonderfull light ale brewed using a very rare hop grown just for us in Sussex. This hop College Cluster has not been used commercially since about 1900. Artwork is by our favourite artist Lynn Paula Russell.
